Here’s our approach to a successful digital project:
Discovery
We get on the same page. We need to understand the project as well as you do. This can range from a 20min call to confirm everyone understands scope, to an on-site day-long series of meetings to ideate and determine project goals.
Strategy
We propose what it’ll take to do the project. This includes all scope details, timeline, estimates, deadlines, etc. We’ll send over a contract and schedule a call to discuss details.
Content
We make sure we have all the pieces to the puzzle. Sometimes the content already exists, sometimes we generate all the content. When this phase is over, we’ll have final architecture for the site and all the content to actually make it real.Design
A collaborative design process as we explore ideas with the You through wireframes and rough-draft designs. Ends with a presentation of complete designs.
Design Revision
We make sure you get exactly what you want. This phase is on you. You can provide as much feedback as you want on the completed designs. We limit this to a single phase to gather feedback from all shareholders in a project at once, consolidate that feedback into an action plan, and quickly deliver a design that meets everyone’s expectations.
Development
We work to quickly implement the design on the platforms agreed on in the contract scope. Ends with a presentation of completed product.
Development Revision
We make sure everything works as expected. This revision round does not include content or design changes.
Quality Assurance
We make sure everything works as expected. This revision round does not include content or design changes.
